Why did John (Vietnam war hero) Kerry appologize?



I do not understand why the Dems are so upset at Kerry.
He mearly expressed exactly what the left thinks!
They hate the military and think that they are stupid and evil.
I admire John Kerry, at least he has the stones to say what they all believe.
